Madonna’s set drew heavily from her recently-released album Confessions II. The Aussie joined her onstage for that album’s Love Sensation followed by Sorry, from the album’s 2005 predecessor Confessions on A Dance Floor. It was the first time the latter had been performed since 2006.
Thousands lined the streets watching a parade of rainbow-coloured boats cruise through the Dutch capital’s canals.

The Pride appearance capped off a busy weekend for Minogue, who in England on Friday reunited with compatriots Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds onstage for the first time in several years.
The 58-year-old appeared at a sold-out Preston Park in Cave’s adopted hometown of Brighton for a rare airing of the 1995 hit Where The Wild Roses Grow.
