A second man has been charged after police uncovered millions of files depicting the sexual and physical abuse of three women over seven years.

The 41-year-old man was arrested at a home in Kanwal on the NSW Central Coast about 4.45pm on Monday, the same day a 39-year-old man was arrested and charged with 210 offences.

The probe began in December 2025, when police attended a home in Tumbi Umbi as part of an investigation into alleged domestic violence.

A search of the property uncovered 120 electronic storage devices which were subsequently subjected to a forensic review.

Police allege the devices contained a “large amount of covertly filmed sexual content” before a strike force was established to continue the investigations.

Further analysis allegedly uncovered 2.5 million files containing evidence of the sexual and physical abuse of three women, aged between 29 and 31, over a seven-year period.

The 39-year-old man was arrested at a property in Wellington on Monday and charged with 210 offences.

They include 109 counts of intentionally record intimate image without consent, 57 counts of accessory to sexual intercourse without consent and 10 counts of rape.

All but two of the charges — wound person with intent to cause grievous bodily harm and sexual assault by forced self-manipulation — are domestic violence-related offences.

The man appeared before Bail Division Local Court 4 on Tuesday, where he was formally refused bail.

He is due to appear before Wyong Local Court on December 8.
