A suspected brawl involving a large group of people has left one man fighting for life and several others injured.

Emergency services were called to Arrabri Ave in Jindalee, Brisbane, about 3.45pm on Thursday due to a ‘large disturbance’.

Police said multiple people were injured during the incident, with at least one person sustaining serious injuries.

One man was treated at the scene before being taken to hospital in a critical condition.

Posts on social media described a heavy emergency response, with some claiming at least 30 police officers at the scene.

A crime scene has been declared and multiple people at the location are assisting police with inquiries.
