The clever new appliance has a 1.2 litre capacity for solo meals or shared portions, meaning it’s perfect for one or two people and sits neatly on the benchtop without taking over.

Those who are keen to invest will also love the minimalist three-button interface, cool-touch enamelled bowl and fact that it’s dishwasher-safe.

It also comes ready with 60+ MyTefal recipes on hand.

Retailing for $399, pre-order is currently open for the revolutionary gadget, with it officially launching on September 23 via Tefal’s website, as well as Amazon Australia and Myer.

Designed to remain safe to touch after cooking, the bowl can be taken straight from the appliance to the table or wherever you’re eating, eliminating the need for additional serving dishes.

Powered by two high-speed heating technologies, induction beneath and air frying above, the appliance delivers quick, even cooking while maintaining a compact footprint suited to apartments, studios and contemporary kitchens.

The appliance comes in Black, meaning it will go with and in any kitchen, no matter whether it’s modern or classic.
