Two people are dead after a light plane crashed in the NSW Hunter Region on Friday.
Emergency services were called to reports of the crash on Bunnan Rd in Scone, near Scone Aerodrome, about 1.55pm.
Police confirmed the two men on board died. Their identities are yet to be confirmed.
Fire and Rescue NSW confirmed a fire truck remained at the crash site near Scone Racecourse at 3pm, with reports of fuel spilling from the wreckage.
