A teenage driver is on the run after allegedly leading police on a pursuit before crashing into multiple vehicles and a suburban home in Western Sydney.

Police were patrolling Golding St in Glendenning just after 3pm on Thursday when they attempted to stop a Lexus sedan displaying allegedly unauthorised number plates.

When the driver failed to stop, a pursuit was initiated.

A short time later, the Lexus collided with two other vehicles before crashing through the fence of a home on Kenneth Cres and coming to a stop after striking an embankment on Richmond Rd.

Dramatic footage from the scene shows the blue Lexus smashed in the backyard of the property, with extensive damage to the fence.

The driver fled the scene on foot and remains outstanding.

Police told 7NEWS he was a teenage boy. 

The male and female passengers were arrested at the scene and taken to Mount Druitt Police Station, where inquiries are continuing.

One of the other vehicles involved — a black Mazda wagon — was also forced off the road during the crash.

Despite the significant damage, there were no reports of injuries.
